    • Drug & Alcohol Screening

      We offer DOT and Non-DOT drug and alcohol screenings which include urine, hair and alcohol. Screenings are for post offer/pre-employment, random, post accident, return to duty, follow up and reasonable suspicion. We also offer personal screenings as well as court and social services.

    • OSHA Hearing Conservation Program

      Occupational Services provides mandatory audiometric testing program that includes baseline audiograms, annual audiograms and follow-up procedures. The OSHA hearing conservation program is designed to protect workers with significant occupational noise exposures from hearing impairment even if they are subject to such noise exposures over their entire working lifetimes.     • Transportation Worker Identification Credentials

      Occupational Services is an enrollment center for the Transportation Worker Identification Credential, also known as TWIC®. This is a requirement by the Maritime Transportation Security Act for workers who need access to secure areas of the nation’s maritime facilities/vessels, and others who require a TWIC®. TSA conducts a security threat assessment (background check) to determine a person’s eligibility and issues the credential. Learn More

      Spend more time doing what you love and less time waiting with TSA PreCheck. Apply online or contact direct for your 10 minute in-person appointment that includes a background check and fingerprinting.

    • Passport Photos

      Occupational Services offers passport photos that is a requirement with your passport application when you apply or renew your passport. There are many requirements that we are familiar with to ensure a smooth process for getting you your key to the world. Learn More

  • We have certified drug screen collectors and certified breath alcohol technicians perform all breath alcohol tests.

    • Hazardous Material Endorsement Threat Assessment

      Occupational Services is an application center for the Hazardous Materials Endorsement Threat Assessment Program (HME/HAZMAT). A threat assessment for any driver seeking to obtain, renew and transfer a hazardous materials endorsement on a state-issued commercial driver’s license is required. You should apply if you have a state-issued CDL and you are required to transport materials that require placarding under the Department of Transportation hazardous materials regulations.

    • Hearing Screenings

      Hearing screenings can be preformed for you to forward to your OSHA Hearing Conservation Program Provider.

    • Life & Disability Insurance Exams

      Occupational Services offers exams for life insurance policies and disability insurance polices. This may include a verbal questionnaire where we ask a series of health related questions and obtain physical measurments. During the life insurance medical exam you may be required to give a sample of urine and/or blood.

    • Wellness Events

      Upon request, Occupational Services can conduct wellness events for companies. This could include blood pressure, height, weight, percent body fat and BMI. Blood work is also available.

  • Mobile Screenings

      Our certified drug screen collectors can conduct drug and alcohol screenings which include urine, hair and breath alcohol off-site, making it more convienent for employers and employees. 

    • OSHA Hearing Screening

      Our team can conduct on site OSHA Hearing Screenings to assist with your hearing conservation program.
